Position of the Company
MAM Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd. is significantly vertically integrated and in the business of mining (through JVs), minerals processing and shipping of minerals, thus in a unique position for taking advantage of the increase in production and processing of minerals in Pakistan. The company plans to continue its strategy of opening international offices and developing affiliates using JV agreements and other strategic alliance partnerships across the World. MAM plans to ship minerals mostly mined in Pakistan and to supply minerals strategically to key countries of the World. The directors believe it essential for them to locate or expand their offices and affiliates in key continental areas including the Americas, Asia, EU and the Middle East.
The company has developed strategic alliances and a network of industrial clients throughout the World and is in a unique position to take advantage of the expansion of the mining of minerals in Pakistan that will certainly occur through the efforts of the Pakistan provinces to upgrade their Mining Development Departments and bring modern mining practices in to Pakistan. The aim is to match the performance of other countries (such as Mongolia, Tanzania, DRC, Chile) whose minerals sectors contribute between five and eight percent (5% to 8%) to the GDP of the country. Currently Pakistan contributes less than half of one per cent (0.5%) to GDP. All figures exclude oil and gas contributions.
MAM Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd has been incorporated in Ontario and based in Toronto Canada for the purpose of developing the minerals business through and from Canada. Our aim to expand our market from our Toronto base in North America, South America & Mexico and have transactions completed through Canadian Banks.
